OMSGrow provides order management, inventory and reconciliation software to businesses selling on multiple channels. This policy covers the data we handle when you visit this website or use the platform.
We share data only where necessary: with the third-party services you connect, with infrastructure and communication providers who process data on our behalf under contract, and where required by law. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use one customer's operational data to benefit another.
Operational data is retained for as long as your account is active. After termination it is retained for a limited period to allow export, then deleted or anonymised, except where law requires longer retention.
Access to production data is restricted to staff who need it, transmission is encrypted, and credentials for connected services are stored using industry-standard protection. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected customers of any breach that materially affects them.
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, request deletion, or object to certain processing. Write to info@omsgrow.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
This website uses cookies that are necessary for it to function, and may use analytics cookies to understand how pages are used. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the platform may then not work correctly.
